As Owner of Latitude 35 Solutions, LLC, Mike helps fill the needs of Developer’s who are either lacking in-house Construction Expertise or who need some support in that area. Mike can manage all aspects of the Development process, from selection of the Design Team to moving occupants into their new spaces. Mike is responsible for all aspects of construction

including procurement of the General Contractor and management of the project to ensure an on-time and on-budget delivery. Mike actively makes sure that the entire team, including operations and maintenance, are involved with the project early to ensure that all of the Owner’s design criteria are met in order to give the overall project the best chance to succeed. Mike brings over 30 years of experience as a construction professional working directly in Real Estate Development.

In addition to extensive experience managing projects in the Office, Hospitality and Retail sectors, Mike has successfully managed the construction of, or been the General Contractor for over 10,000 beds of Student Housing including 2,400 beds which were delivered in the fall of 2016. He has performed at all levels of Construction Management from Superintendent/Project Manager to Construction Manager overseeing General Contractors for the Owner. Mike has also developed and owned Student Housing during his career.

Memberships/Associations: Licensed General Contractor in several states
